The municipality compiles a register of indigent residents eligible for FBE based on their indigent policy. Once registered, an 'Indigent Register' is forwarded to Eskom to enable eligible customers in Eskom-supplied areas to claim FBE tokens. You can check your Eskom records once you are configured in Eskom's billing system.
