Safety
Howard Road in Millgate is in a terrible state. Cars cannot pass through without getting damaged. We need a small grader to grade all the loose mud off the road. It hasn't been graded for over a year. It's also a security problem as security vehicles can not use it either. That is coming from the R114 (Culterra but opposite side of the road) please , this is urgent.
Water
The only way to rectify this, is to place a pipe underground where this water crosses the road. I have seen piping lying around on water comb road. I can do this with assistance from the community 0617290628
