PROTEST ACTION ALERT: *KATLEHONG – Please note that the R550 road has been heavily barricaded with rocks and other objects. There are currently no protestors on the scene. Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) and South African Police Services (SAPS) Public Order Policing (POP) Officer are clearing the barricades and monitoring the situation. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and make use of alternative routes where possible.
