This situation is not good at all. It's in the park opposite the Linksfield hospital. It's a health risk because I don't know where they go to toilet but it is probably near by. Not a smart move because if they are homeless a tent is the worslongvterm solution. There ARE shelters but the state has failed us. Point is this cannot be their only option.
