Please know that this is ILLEGAL! City Power only accepts payments from the following official channels: 1. Authorized City Power pay points and customer service centre's 2. Registered banks and retail partners. Anyone that gets approached by a purported City Power technician or contractor requesting money for their power should be reported to the City Power Fraud and Ethics Hotline 011 490- 7911/ 7553.
