There is a household in the JHB North/North Riding/Olivedale area who is cowardly burning leaves/refuse at night as the smoke cannot be seen at night. What they are doing is illegal and they should be reported, as it constitutes a health hazard for all concerned. Someone living close to that household must be able to determine who the culprit is and it is unacceptable that we must all breathe in this foul air.
