On July 23, Open Serve Fibre went down in Fraaiuitsig around 9:45 PM. Users in Tergniet, Hartenbos bayview, Hartenbos, Reebok, De Bakke, and Mosselbay reported outages. Openserve confirmed a network outage affecting Mosselbay & George. Engineers resolved the issue and connectivity returned to Fraaiuitsig. Tergniet is now online. There is a nationwide Openserve and Vumatel fibre outage. Internet restored in Reebok, including Reebok ave. Kershout CL is online. Users are asking if anyone is still offline.
