Garsfontein, Waterkloof Glen, and part of Faerie Glen experienced a medium-voltage outage from the Garsfontein substation. Power returned to some Garsfontein areas, including Lancelot Road. Windsor Road in Garsfontein near Woolworths and Hannarie Road still have no electricity. A team experienced a breakdown on the way to address the issue. Electricity was supposed to be restored by 4PM today. Someone requested the ward councillor be contacted to resolve the issue.
