A King Edward Road resident reports still no power after 3 days. A Cromwell resident reports power is back. Some residents are still without power. Queen Alexandra street is still without power for 3 days. City Power reports a transformer was vandalized. Repairs are complete, and final tests are underway to restore power during the day.
