Loevenstein is experiencing a water outage. The City of CT said the water would return around 20:00, but it was still off after that time. The next day, the water was still off. A user spoke to the council and received ticket number 1022412041, but no ETR. The west side of Eksteen Street has old infrastructure. A team was fixing it, but they left, saying water would return in approximately 2 hours.
