There's a power outage on 6th Avenue in Alberton North. Does anyone know why?

Alberton North, including 6th Avenue, Pieter Uys Ave, 9th and 10th Avenues, Kritzinger Road, George Road, Florentia, Verwoerdpark and NMP, experienced power outages due to vandalism at the Truida Substation. Load rotation is in effect. Alberton North, South Crest, and New Redruth are affected. Residents should plan ahead and conserve electricity. Florentia's power was back since 7:30 am, but load rotation may cause further outages. Susanna Road, Florentia was still off at 10am.
