Power has been restored to Berario, Northcliff, Fairlands, and surrounding areas after an unplanned outage. However, some users are still reporting outages on Kessel, Smit Street, Davidson, Johannes Street, Hollywood Drive and 6th Road West. Three cable faults have been detected. Power restoration is possible later tonight or tomorrow morning. City Power reports that 82% of the power supply has been restored. Efforts to locate the remaining cable fault will begin shortly. Power is still off in Fairland and Northcliff.
