Is Tshwane's prepaid electricity service not working? I can't buy electricity through banking apps. Has anyone else faced this problem?

Tshwane's prepaid electricity service is reportedly not working; users are unable to buy electricity through banking apps. Fuel filling stations are also unable to process purchases. There's a power outage in Woodlands Pta East, and the municipality system is down. Some users are still without power. One user reports the system is up, while another says it is not. Woodlands is back on, but it is not clear if Moreleta is back. Banking apps are still down and prepaid is still down. Timbivati is on. 3rd party vending is still off. Pick n Pay Wekker is also offline. There is no estimated time of resolution from the city regarding the vending system issue. FNB and Capitec are reportedly working.
