Turffontein has no power since 4:18 PM. No notifications have been given about the outage. Does anyone know what's going on?

Since July 20, Turffontein has experienced a power outage without notification. Residents of Stanton, Tramway, Ferreira, Kennedy, Turf Club, President, Forest Hills, Bertha, and Church Streets report no power. 54 Kennedy and 64 Ferreira Street are also affected. City Power Jhb is investigating a power outage at Wemmer Substation affecting customers in Turffontein and nearby areas. Napier Street is still experiencing a power outage.
