[ONE KILLED, TWO INJURED AS ARMED SUSPECTS ROB MOLETLANE RESTAURANT, MANHUNT CONTINUES] Police in Moletlane, Capricorn District, have launched an intensive manhunt for approximately ten armed suspects following a deadly business robbery at a restaurant in Mahlarolle, Moletlane, on Saturday, 12/09, at about 20:00. It is alleged that approximately 20 people were inside the restaurant when the suspects, who were wearing balaclavas, entered the premises and demanded money and cellphones. The victims were ordered to lie down while the suspects searched them and allegedly took approximately 13 cellphones, an undisclosed amount of cash and about three vehicle keys. The suspects allegedly fired several shots inside the restaurant, resulting in three male victims sustaining injuries. A 31-year-old man was declared dead upon arrival at hospital after sustaining a gunshot wound to the chest. A second victim sustained gunshot wounds to the shoulder and thigh and was admitted for further medical treatment, while a third victim sustained injuries to the forehead and was treated and discharged. The suspects allegedly fled the scene in a white Isuzu bakkie belonging to one of the victims. The vehicle was later abandoned on a road near a lodge, not far from the crime scene, and was recovered. #TrioCrimes SG
