Power
Electricity remains off in Witfield, Biddulph, Lilianton and Lowther. CL says the cable installation did not resolve the ring fault; technicians are still testing it, and a further fault has been located. Digging is due to continue tomorrow. Load rotation is reportedly not possible in Witfield because a breaker that blew months ago was not replaced and the grid was diverted.
Water
Water remains off on Warbler Street in Elspark, where a large pool of water suggests a possible burst pipe. Water is available at very low pressure, and repair work was seen around 16:40; the cause and restoration time remain unknown.
Internet
Frogfoot internet is reported down in Bardene.
