Hi there does anyone know how do we go about reporting a faulty prepaid meter box. We have change the batteries and plugged it into another port but when we want to check the balance it keeps on saying failed and the credit status light is not on either. I can’t seem to get through to Ekhuruleni and I have sent them a mail but I don’t know how long it will take them to get back to us
